Osage Nation Health System (ONHS) is expanding our network of qualified contractors, vendors, and trade professionals interested in being considered for future projects and service opportunities across our health system.

Interested in Becoming an ONHS Contractor or Vendor?

Businesses interested in future opportunities with ONHS should complete the required business licensing, vendor registration, and contractor information process outlined below.

1. Obtain an Osage Nation Business License

Businesses must obtain an Osage Nation Business License to become an approved vendor and conduct business with the Osage Nation.

The Osage Nation Tax Commission oversees the business licensing process. Contractors and vendors can begin the process by downloading and completing the Osage Nation Tax Commission Business Application Packet:

Please note: An Osage Nation Business License is required to become an approved vendor; however, a license does not guarantee approval for a specific project, contract, or future work with ONHS.

2. Complete a W-9
