Substance Use Treatment

A Substance Use assessment is completed using standardized testing methods. This assessment is completed in a face-to-face interview between the client and a counselor. Based on the confidential results, the counselor will make recommendations and then work with the client to develop a client-centered treatment plan. This may include a combination of individual, group, and/or family counseling, as well as educational groups. We do not provide detox treatment, but we can assist with referral to a detox facility as well as residential treatment. We are dedicated to working with the client to form long-term, lasting solutions.

Mental Health Treatment

A Mental Health assessment is completed using standardized testing methods. This assessment happens in a face-to-face interview between the client and counselor. Based on the confidential results, the counselor will work with the client to develop a client-centered treatment plan. This may include individual, group, and/or family counseling. We do not provide medication management, but we will assist the client through advocacy with their Primary Care Physician. Our Counselors are dedicated to working with clients and families to help find lasting, holistic health.

Co-occurring Treatment Services

Substance use and mental health issues (such as depression and anxiety) are often intertwined. When both occur in the same person, this is referred to as a co-occurring disorder. As a provider of both both substance use and mental health treatment, Osage Nation Behavioral Health is able to assist with co-ocurring disorders.

Youth Services

Osage Nation Behavioral Health provides substance use and mental health treatment for the children and adolescents of Osage County. Mental Health treatment is available for children as young as age 3. Our counselors work with Osage Nation Head Start and Immersion schools as well as the public schools in the area. Following the assessment, which is completed with the parent or guardian, most Osage Nation Counseling Center services can be provided at the schools for parental convenience.

Substance Use treatment is available for adolescents ages 12 and up. Parental involvement is encouraged in both. Our services are recognized by DHS, Osage Nation ICW, and OJA.

Drug Court

Osage Nation Behavioral Health contracts with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to provide the treatment portion of the Osage County Drug Court program. Our staff work in conjunction with the Judge to provide a treatment program that strives to rehabilitate and encourage productive futures.

Osage Nation Behavioral Health empowers those seeking family violence services with the tools they need to rebuild their lives and become the strong individuals they were created to be.  Together we work to to put an end to inter-generational violence through outreach and education and partner with state, county, and tribal court systems and law enforcement to hold perpetrators accountable for their crimes.

24-HOUR CRISIS LINE: 866.897.4747
Crisis line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If our Crisis Operator is on the line with another crisis call you will receive a call back if you leave a message stating it is safe to call you back. Please be advised that for security reasons, the number appearing on your caller I.D. will be different than the crisis line number.

When we answer the Crisis line, we simply say “hello” for your safety. The operator will not identify the line as a Family Violence Crisis line; If you ask the operator if you have called the crisis line, she will reply with, “May I help you?” This is to prevent abusers from checking your call log to find out if the call has been placed, which could put you in danger.

If you are unable to speak without being heard by your abuser, please feel free to text us. Again, let us know that it is safe to text you back. We have no way of knowing if your abuser is monitoring your phone.
