Self Defense Workshop
The Osage Nation Family Violence Prevention Program is hosting a Self Defense Workshop designed to empower women physically, mentally, and emotionally. This course will provide participants with practical techniques and strategies to help recognize, avoid, and respond to potentially dangerous situations.
Through hands-on instruction and discussion, participants will learn basic self-defense skills, situational awareness, and personal safety strategies to build confidence and preparedness in everyday environments.
This workshop is intended to create a supportive and empowering space where women can gain valuable tools for personal safety while connecting with others in the community.
