Heavy investments have been made by the Osage Nation with a new state-of-the-art Clinic being built in downtown Pawhuska, a full-service Primary Residential Treatment Center (PRTC) Complex West of Pawhuska, an Assisted Living Facility in Hominy, and a new Expansion Clinic in Skiatook, where the Osage and Cherokee meet!
We have a variety of specialists to care for your healthcare needs along with Dental and Optometry to service you with seasoned providers all on staff. Our counseling services with Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services are here to respond to the needs of the community to help those in need return to a productive and valued place within their communities and with their families.
