Patient Info

Direct services are available to all eligible Native Americans and referred care is allowable to those residing within the Osage Nation Reservation, Kay, Grant, Noble, Payne and Garfield Counties.

November is National Diabetes Month, highlighting the importance of diabetes awareness and prevention. Diabetes impacts millions, but with the right tools, managing and preventing diabetes-related health problems is achievable. Knowing your diabetes risk, managing blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol, and making small lifestyle changes—like healthy eating and regular activity—are key steps. Work with healthcare providers and prioritize mental health, as diabetes management can be challenging.
