Osage Nation Elder Services offers a comprehensive program for Osage elders residing in Osage County, focusing on health, wellness, and cultural enrichment. Our services include assistance with signing up for health benefits, accessing VA resources, and other health benefit resources, ensuring elders receive the support they need. We organize various off-site trips and activities, along with Title VI Center Activities, providing opportunities for social interaction and community engagement. The program also celebrates cultural heritage through a variety of cultural activities.

In addition to these services, our dedicated team conducts home visits for health/wellness checks, and assistance with cooking and cleaning, catering to the daily needs of our elders.
