Partnerships for Success
The SPF-PFS Project strengthens the capacity of Osage Nation and community partners to prevent youth substance misuse and promote behavioral health through a coordinated, data-driven approach. The project builds readiness, supports prevention workforce development, and fosters sustainable systems that address local needs.
Key Activities:
· Build prevention provider capacity through ongoing training, technical assistance, and use of the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).
· Conduct community needs assessments and readiness evaluations to inform data-driven planning.
· Facilitate coalitions and interagency collaboration to align prevention, behavioral health and cultural priorities.
· Support school partnerships through prevention planning, curriculum delivery, and professional development.
