The Osage Nation Tribal Opioid Response is a dedicated initiative aimed at addressing the opioid crisis within our community. Through strategic planning, education, prevention, and treatment efforts, we strive to reduce opioid misuse and overdose deaths while supporting individuals affected by opioid addiction.

Our comprehensive approach involves collaboration with tribal leaders, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and community members to implement effective solutions and provide vital support services. Together, we are working towards a healthier, safer future for all members of the Osage Nation.

Request Narcan Training or Free Naloxone

The Osage Nation Health System Prevention Department, through the Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) Program, is committed to increasing access to life-saving overdose prevention resources in our community.

Individuals, families, organizations, and community groups can request:

  • Free Narcan (naloxone) training

  • Group overdose prevention presentations

  • Narcan mailed directly to your home

  • Narcan distribution for events or workplaces

Narcan is safe, easy to use, and can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Every second matters — and having Narcan on hand can save a life.
