• Open to Osage and federally recognized Native Americans residing in Osage County.
• Parents/guardians must register children.
• Passes are limited so this is first come first served
• Registration deadline: May 30th at 5 PM.

• Completed Registration Form
• Copy of CDIB/Tribal Membership card
• Proof of Osage County residency
• Proof of legal guardianship if registering on behalf of a child who is not your biological child
